Summer in the Grass

See how different these rooms are? All with a variation on the same wall covering. This last room, featured in a 2009 issue of Elle Decor, is my absolute favorite, and I used this as the inspiration for our study in Charleston. Grasscloth with a dark grey/green trim - it looks great (in my opinion). Stay tuned for some pictures of Charleston next week!

  1. What is so great about grasscloth is how subtle the texture is. Often I cannot figure out what I love so much about a room until I get up close and realize that the grasscloth texture is throwing light all over the room. It is even evident in your photos. Great post!
